Refund policy
We will be happy to exchange your purchase at the current price if items are returned within 1 (One) month of purchase, provided that the product has not expired within such time or has not been tampered with.
We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of the store manager where you return the product, having inspected the condition of the item returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at office@talahealth.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Castle Ridge pharmacy, Waterkloof ridge shopping centre, Cliff avenue, Waterkloof Ridge x3, Pretoria
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
