Delivery Times

1. We deliver Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.
    

2. Deliveries will take place within 5 working days from when your order has been placed and paid for. Extended lead times may apply. We reserve the right to change our lead times over high volume periods such as Riots, Covid Waves, Black Friday and Christmas week.
    

3. Please expect a longer lead time on your order, if you are situated in areas outside of main metropolitan areas. It will require our courier partners to travel further to get your order to you.

 

Delivery Costs & Rules
 

1. Delivery is Free in main metropolitan areas for orders above R600. Orders under R600 are charged at a flat rate of R35 per delivery. For regional and remote areas a minimum of R150 will apply per delivery.
    

2. Tala Health  reserves the right to limit quantities of any items sold within the Tala Health Online Store.
    

3. Traders and Hawkers: Delivery fees for bulk orders (+10kgs) are based on weight and dimensions of the delivery and is an additional charge over and above R60, and is payable by the trader/hawker. Our Online Store administrator will contact the trader/hawker to make courier arrangements.
